The operation of the air dome is controlled by the central control system, and the proportion of manual maintenance is very small. Unless the air dust pollution is particularly serious, it is usually washed by natural rain water. It depends mainly on the local climate. If it is in the cold region, the summer temperature is not very high, and inside the air dome has a good ventilation frequency of fresh air, it should not be very hot. So, in order to save money, you can use it without air conditioning. However, based on our years of experience, we always recommend air conditioning for any permanent air dome buildings. This will ensure that in any external temperature conditions, can provide customers with a comfortable sports environment, improving the grade of the owners’ sports venues.
Once there is damage in airdome, the air pressure inside the dome will change, the building control system will be alarmed . Also, we suggest our airdome maintenance personnel to inspect the surrounding area of the air dome every day.
First, we need to explain the principle of airdome safety:
As a flexible building, airdome is strongly immune to earthquakes and other external forces. However, it is also vulnerable to strong winds and snowstorms. Under the combined action of wind and snow, snow tends to gather at a small place, forming the "bag-effect" called in the membrane industry, which leads to structure collapse.
In order to avoid the "bag-effect", it needs to increase the internal pressure of the membrane, which leads the membrane becomes rigid. However, the pressure inside the membrane is not infinite, and it is easy to reach the bearing limit of the membrane material, which requires the steel cable to bear the force. However due to the lack of coverage in the four corners of the air dome building by vertical and horizontal steel cables, the barrel effect is formed, thus the internal air pressure cannot be improved. Therefore, the "bag-effect" cannot be effectively prevented.
Another important role of bias-harness cable net system is to maintain the stability of the air dome building. Since the internal pressure cannot be increased without steel cables, it will swing hardly in strong wind. The displacement of the air dome can reach more than 22m, Bias-harness cable net system does not rely on membrane material force but the cables, from which the pressure inside the membrane can rise, buildings become rigid, at the same time our cable system of the overall design consideration is under whole outside force, greatly improve the stability of the building. Mostly under the largest wind load, the biggest displacement of air dome is not more than 10cm, which is hard to see by eye.
We have been trying to reach the goal which is to reduce the maintenance workload and artificial reason affect the service life of air dome and security, since equipment maintenance and maintenance considered important in use. Air dome building has a broad application prospect in the coal industry.

After the air volume of the equipment is determined, the air supply velocity of the equipment is related to the area of the air supply outlet.
