Swimming Pool Air dome

• Lighting System

  we suggest to use standing type of lighting system in a swimming pool dome, because in some emergency situations people are swimming in the pool, they need to swim to the poolside then escape from the emergency exit, which means they can't directly run to the emergency exit like in other sports dome. By using the standing type lighting system, the lamp-post can hold the fabric to fall down, which buy more time for people to escape.

• HVAC System

  When operate a swimming pool dome, the environment temperature need to be more than 2℃ higher than the water temperature, so that when people come out from the water, will not feel cold.

• Door System

  All the doors need to make rust prevention treatment because of the corrosivity of swimming pool water.

• Insulation Materials

  Considering the humidity is heavy in a swimming pool dome, so the insulation material need to be special, like XPE material or Aerogel Insulation.

• Skylight Area

  In most of our swimming pool dome, we suggest to make some skylight area on the top or side area, with this design, will make the indoor more bright and save energy for lighting system, but will increase energy consumption for HVAC system.

• Irregularly Shaped Swimming Pool Dome

  Air dome can also be used as seasonal swimming pool cover or irregularly shaped swimming pool cover.
  For seasonal swimming pool domes, it covers the swimming pool when the temperature is too low to have outdoor swimming, then remove it in the summer, so the swimming can be open all year around. Sometimes, we use only double layer fabric (without insulation materials), or even single layer fabric design as seasonal swimming pool dome solution, which can save time for installation and dismantle.
